Project Assessment
Customer Provided Input - If appropriate, we are experienced in visiting your site to review the specifics of the safety situation. In many cases, however, we can proceed based on input provided through phone conversations, faxes, e-mails, and diagram attachments.
Design - Based on the site assessment or your detailed input, we start the design process incorporating the necessary components.
Project Implementation
Engineering - Once the design is complete and approved, detailed engineering drawings are prepared and reviewed by structural, mechanical and safety engineers to ensure the integrity of the design.
Fabrication - As a manufacturer of a wide range of fall protection components, Sellstrom/RTC Custom Solutions will assemble the best components and/or custom fabrication needed to meet your requirements.
Installation - Using qualified and experienced personnel, a Custom Solutions staff member will supervise the installation of each project.
Project Completion
Testing / Inspection - Upon completion, the system is inspected and tested thoroughly making sure that each component performs to required specifications.
Certification - After the testing is completed, Custom Solutions staff will certify the system for use. A certification label detailing the date of installation, maximum number of users, and type of system installed.
